Account Portal

The account portal at app.claspt.app/account is a web-based dashboard for managing your Claspt Pro subscription. It handles everything that lives outside the desktop app — devices, billing, shares, and data exports.

The portal uses passwordless authentication:

  1. Go to app.claspt.app/account.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your Claspt Pro license.
  3. Check your inbox for a 6-digit verification code.
  4. Enter the code to access your account.

The first page you see after signing in. It provides a quick snapshot of your account:

StatDescription
DevicesNumber of registered sync devices
SharesActive shared pages
StorageSync storage used (of your plan limit)
RenewalNext billing date

You’ll also see your current sync status and a feed of recent account activity.

Manage your sync configuration across devices.

  • Device grid — all registered sync devices with their platform (macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, Android), app version, and online/offline status.
  • Storage usage — a bar showing how much of your sync quota is used, with a breakdown by device.
  • Danger zone — reset sync state if things get out of hand. This removes all server-side sync data and forces a full re-sync from each device.

A timeline of all sync and account events, with filter chips to narrow down what you’re looking at:

  • Push/Pull — vault data synced to or from the server.
  • Device registered/removed — a new device joined or was removed.
  • Connections — WebSocket connection events (connect, disconnect, reconnect).
  • Shares — pages shared or unshared.

Each event shows a timestamp, device name, and event details. Use this to audit what happened if a sync conflict arises or if you suspect unauthorized access.

Two sections:

All devices that sync your vault. For each device:

  • Platform and app version.
  • Last seen timestamp.
  • Rename — give devices friendly names (e.g., “Work MacBook”, “Home Desktop”).
  • Remove — deregister a device. It will need to re-authenticate to sync again.

Devices that have accepted shared pages from you. These are listed separately because they have read-only access to specific pages, not full vault sync.

View and manage all active page shares:

  • Recipient — the email address you shared with.
  • Page — the shared page title.
  • Shared on — when the share was created.
  • Revoke — immediately revoke access. The recipient will no longer be able to view the shared page.

Tools for data portability and account management.

Click Export My Data to download a complete archive of everything Claspt stores about your account:

  • Account metadata (email, creation date, plan details).
  • Sync device list and activity history.
  • Share records.

Permanently delete your account. This:

  1. Removes all server-side sync data.
  2. Revokes your Pro license.
  3. Deletes your account record and activity history.

Your local vault directory is unaffected. You keep all your notes and encrypted secrets on disk. You just lose sync and sharing capabilities.
